Vendor agreement

1. Set up booth and display materials in designated area.

2. Provide a variety of merchandise, and related items for sale or trade.

3. Maintain a professional and engaging presence at all times.

4. Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

5. Follow all event rules and regulations set forth by the organizers.

6. Keep the booth tidy and organized throughout the event.

7. Be present for the duration of the show during designated hours.

8. Handle all transactions in a secure and efficient manner.

10. Adhere to any additional agreements or guidelines specified by the event organizers.

11. Only vendors with booths are allowed to sell, and each booth includes 2 passes.

12. Additional persons must pay the admissions fee.

13. Booth must be supervised at all times.

14. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

15. All items being sold must be legally permissible.

16. Smoking is prohibited inside show buildings.

17. The show is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

18. Vendors assume full responsibility for any issues arising from vending at the event.

19. Vendors and enter events at their own risk and release the show from any claims.

20. Vendors are accountable for any incidents involving their products or services. Please purchase your own insurance if needed.

21. After the show, vendors must clean up their booth area and remove all belongings with you.
